Former Besiktas defender Emre Eren has tipped Galatasaray’s Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen to reach a staggering market value of €150 million by the end of the season if he maintains his current form, Footynaija.com reports.
Osimhen made a permanent switch to Galatasaray this summer for €75 million — a record-breaking fee that made him the most expensive player in Turkish football history.
The move surprised many across Europe, with giants such as Chelsea, Manchester United, PSG, Barcelona, Liverpool, and Juventus all previously linked with the forward.

But Galatasaray’s faith is paying off. The 26-year-old has scored in consecutive Champions League games against Liverpool and Bodo/Glimt, inspiring the Turkish champions to back-to-back wins in the competition for the first time since 2012. Those goals also made him Nigeria’s highest-scoring player in Champions League history.
Emre Eren was full of praise for the in-form striker, saying:
“Victor Osimhen is a completely different player. If Osimhen continues with this performance this season, if he keeps reflecting these qualities on the field, in the Champions League… They would pay 150 million euros for this guy!”
Osimhen’s performances have reignited transfer interest from Europe’s biggest clubs, with Barcelona viewing him as a potential long-term successor to Robert Lewandowski.
For now, though, Galatasaray are reaping the rewards of their €75 million gamble and Osimhen looks every inch the €150 million man in waiting.
