Everton manager David Moyes could get a closer look at Super Eagles defender Ryan Alebiosu when the Toffees face Blackburn Rovers in a proposed behind-closed-doors friendly, Footynaija.com reports.
Everton are looking to arrange a friendly against Blackburn during the current break in the domestic schedule, with the fixture potentially giving Moyes an opportunity to assess Alebiosu first-hand, according to Goodison News.
The 24-year-old has previously been linked with a move to Everton after impressing during his first season at Ewood Park, although he ultimately remained with Blackburn for the 26/27 campaign.

Alebiosu has continued to feature prominently for Tony Mowbray’s side this season, starting all eight of his appearances across the Championship and EFL Cup so far.
The Nigerian has also provided one assist this term, having begun the campaign with a decisive contribution in Blackburn’s EFL Cup victory over Burton Albion.
His performances have kept the former Arsenal youngster on the radar of clubs beyond Ewood Park, with Everton previously identified among the teams monitoring his progress.
The proposed friendly could therefore provide an interesting opportunity for Moyes to take another look at the right-back as Everton consider their options for future transfer windows.
Alebiosu was linked with Everton earlier in the year, with reports also suggesting interest from clubs in Italy and Germany after his impressive debut campaign at Blackburn.
