After helping Millwall enjoy an impressive season and shining for Nigeria in the 2026 Unity Cup, Femi Azeez is now attracting attention from Premier League newcomers Hull City, Footynaija reports.
According to Football League World, Hull are considering a move for the 25-year-old winger as they prepare for life back in the top flight. Azeez enjoyed the best season of his career in the Championship, scoring 11 goals and providing eight assists in 37 matches. His performances played a big role in Millwall’s push to the promotion playoffs.
The Nigerian also impressed on the international stage. During the 2026 Unity Cup, Azeez scored twice and set up another goal, making him one of the Super Eagles’ best players in the tournament.
His strong displays have caught the attention of several clubs. Ipswich Town were previously reported to have seen a £20 million offer turned down after earning promotion. Millwall are believed to value the winger at around £30 million (approx. ₦55 billion).
Azeez still has two years left on his contract, meaning Millwall are not under pressure to sell. The London club see him as an important player for another promotion challenge and are expected to demand a high fee.
There is no suggestion that Azeez wants to leave, but the chance to play in the Premier League could be difficult to ignore. Whether Hull City are ready to meet Millwall’s asking price remains to be seen.
