EFL Championship outfit Millwall have rejected a fresh attempt to lure in-demand Super Eagles forward Femi Azeez Beloso to the Premier League, Footynaija.com understands.
Very few players shone brighter than Azeez in England’s second division last season and the 24-year-old striker is understandably now commanding the attention of several top flight teams ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to reports, Premier League returnees Ipswich Town are the latest side to register their interest in the Nigeria international who recently bagged a match-winning brace on his debut for the Super Eagles.

Football Insider claims that the Tractor Boys launched a bid worth £20 million for the signature of the former Reading star but saw their advances immediately knocked back by Millwall, who value their star man closer to the £30 million mark.
Ipswich are long time admirers of Azeez, having also tried and failed to poach the Nigeria international from Millwall during the 2026 winter transfer window. However, after this latest rejection, it is currently uncertain whether they’ll return with an improved bid.
Asides Ipswich Town, clubs like Brighton, Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham and Sunderland have also been credited with interest in the striker who notched 19 goal contributions (11G, 8A) in 35 EFL Championship appearances.

While his club future continues to stir up speculations, Azeez’s focus will be on consolidating his brilliant start to life as a Super Eagle by replicating his debut performance when Nigeria take on Jamaica in the final of the 2026 Unity Cup on Saturday.
