Former Chelsea striker Tore Andre Flo has questioned Victor Osimhen’s attitude, urging the Blues to back Senegal international Nicolas Jackson, Footynaija.com reports.
Tore Andre Flo further cast doubt over Victor Osimhen’s suitability for a move to Stamford Bridge, despite the Nigerian forward’s outstanding goalscoring exploits this season.
Osimhen, currently on loan at Galatasaray, has been in red-hot form, scoring 31 goals and supplying seven assists in just 36 matches.
However, uncertainty surrounds his future, with reports suggesting he could leave the Turkish giants at the end of the season due to wage demands and interest from top European clubs.

Yet, as speculation linking the 26-year-old to Chelsea intensifies, questions have been raised about his attitude and character — issues that could scupper a big-money move.
Flo, who spent three years at Chelsea and now works in a coaching capacity, has urged his former club to continue developing Senegalese forward Nicolas Jackson rather than chasing Osimhen.
“It’s so difficult to be sure on anything, because we know Osimhen has a phenomenal scoring record, but he hasn’t played in the Premier League. If I was Chelsea or Enzo Maresca, I would stick with Jackson at the moment,” Flo told Goldenpanda.
“Osimhen, I know he’s a super striker, but there’s been a lot of question as to why he’s not at his original club. What happened there? Why did he leave Napoli? I don’t really know. I really want the players Chelsea already have to really, really work for the team, be good team players.”
“That’s what Chelsea need. Someone who’s really working for the team. Rightly or wrongly, there are some question marks about Osimhen’s attitude and personality. That would be a worry for me.”

Despite a few questions of attitude thrown at Osimhen by some outsiders, the Super Eagles striker has often drawn praise from past and present teammates.
Galatasaray teammate Alvaro Morata recently offered a contrasting view to Flo’s.
“He is one of the best centre-forwards in the world,” said Morata of Osimhen. “It is an incredible pleasure for me to play alongside him… Hopefully, we will celebrate winning the league title together.”
Osimhen is on course to win the Super Lig topscorer award and a domestic double with Galatasaray.
