Lasisi Adewale Adebayo has secured another European move after the 23-year-old Nigerian midfielder joined Spanish side Atlético Teresiano, giving the former Dakkada and Niger Tornadoes player a fresh opportunity to build his career outside the NPFL, Footynaija.com reports.
Adebayo, who plays in midfield and can operate in an attacking role, has taken a steady route through Nigerian football before making his way abroad. Born in Lagos on May 25, 2003, he began his senior career with Ibom Youths before moving to Dakkada in 2021. He was already attracting attention at the Uyo-based club before his next move took him into the NPFL.
His time at Dakkada gave him his first sustained experience of top-flight Nigerian football. He made 17 league appearances and scored once in the 2021/22 season, before adding seven more appearances and another goal the following campaign, according to available league records.

The attacking midfielder then moved to Niger Tornadoes on a one-year loan ahead of the 2023/24 NPFL season. The move followed his time as a popular figure at Dakkada, where his technical ability and work in attacking areas had earned him recognition.
His latest move, per Brila FM, takes him to Atlético Teresiano, a club from Malagón in Ciudad Real that competes in the Primera Autonómica Castilla-La Mancha. The Spanish side’s 2026/27 squad list shows them preparing for another campaign at that level.
For Adebayo, the move is another step in a career that has already taken him from the Nigerian lower leagues to the NPFL and then into European football.
That experience should give him a useful base as he settles into life in Spain. He is still only 23, and the move gives him another platform to develop as a midfielder while competing for regular football.
