Victor Osimhen’s future has taken another turn after Al Hilal raised their offer for the Nigerian striker to €150 million, but Galatasaray have again refused to consider his sale as the Saudi club prepare to take their pursuit further, Footynaija.com reports.
The Saudi Pro League side initially offered €130m for Osimhen before increasing the proposal after Galatasaray rejected their approach. Al Hilal have also reportedly put a €50m-a-year salary package on the table for the Super Eagles striker.
The latest offer has still failed to change Galatasaray’s position. Club president Dursun Özbek has rejected the €150m proposal and made it clear that the Turkish champions want to keep their most important attacking player.

Al Hilal prepare to take Osimhen talks to Istanbul
According to KooraBreak, Al Hilal president Prince Nawaf bin Saad is prepared to travel to Istanbul if the negotiations become formal. He had already indicated that he would personally visit Turkey to discuss the deal with Galatasaray.
The Saudi club have therefore moved from an initial €130m approach to a €150m proposal, but Galatasaray have remained firm even after the increase.
The 27-year-old has previously spoken about his desire to play in the Premier League, while Arsenal and other English clubs have been linked with him. Recent reports also indicate that the striker has turned down an Al Hilal salary proposal worth around €50m per year, further complicating the Saudi club’s pursuit.
Osimhen joined Galatasaray permanently from Napoli last summer for €75m after his successful loan spell in Istanbul. He went on to become the focal point of their attack, making Galatasaray’s decision to reject an offer worth twice that fee understandable from the club’s perspective.
Al Hilal, however, have shown that they are not ready to walk away.
Prince Nawaf’s possible Istanbul trip could now bring the two clubs into direct negotiations, although Galatasaray have already rejected €150m and remain determined to keep the Super Eagles striker.
