5. Youssouf Fofana

The 25-year-old Frenchman, now in his fourth full season at Monaco, has made significant progress as a player since joining Le Rocher from Strasbourg in 2020.

Fofana proved to be highly adaptable and versatile, capable of playing as a No. 8 or a No. 6 for Monaco. His greatest strength was displayed in winning turnovers for his team in midfield.

The France international contributed four goals, four assists and 3 MOTM performances across 32 Ligue 1 appearances for Monaco this season.

4. Wilfried Singo

Singo joined Monaco last summer and quickly established himself as a very important player for the Ligue 1 side with his impressive performances at the back for Adi Hütter’s team.

The 23-year-old Ivorian proved to be an absolute menace in central defense for Le Rocher this season, standing out in a back line which included exciting talents like Mohamed Salisu and Vanderson.

Singo scored one goal and created another one in 25 Ligue 1 outings for Monaco this season.

3. Takumi Minamino

The Japan international who joined Monaco from Liverpool in the summer of 2022 after an underwhelming spell at the Merseyside club, played a significant role this season as Le Rocher pushed for Champions League qualification.

Minamino was one of the most important players for Monaco this season, establishing himself as a solid playmaker and a reliable goal scorer.

The former RB Leipzig attacker contributed 9 goals and 6 assists across 30 Ligue 1 appearances for Le Rocher this season.

2. Alexandr Golovin

The Russia international came to limelight when his country hosted the World Cup in 2018 and he has continued to flourish ever since, establishing himself as one of the finest midfielders in European football.

The 27-year-old Russian, in the prime of his career, displayed an impressive ability to function as a workhorse in midfield as well as contribute as a refined technician in the final third.

Golovin tallied six goals, six assists and 3 MOTM performances across 25 Ligue 1 appearances for Monaco this season.

1. Wissam Ben Yedder

Ben Yedder is a legendary figure at Monaco. The Frenchman has netted nearly 100 Ligue 1 goals for the club, and he was once again their most reliable source of goals this campaign.

Although not at his usual prolific best this season, the 33-year-old was still a constant headache for opposition defenders throughout the campaign as he led Monaco’s front line.

The French international notched 16 goals and provided 2 assists in 32 Ligue 1 outings for Le Rocher this season.
