Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has responded to fresh speculation linking him with a move to Premier League giants Arsenal this summer, Footynaija.com reports.
Osimhen once again finds himself at the center of persistent transfer rumours despite Galatasaray repeatedly insisting that they have no intention of parting ways with the prolific Nigerian striker this summer.
Arsenal are the latest club to indicate an interest in the Super Eagles star as they continue to assess their attacking options ahead of a season where they’ll be looking to successfully defend their Premier League crown and go all the way in the UEFA Champions League.
Quizzed about the latest speculation surrounding his future, the Nigeria international opted against giving a definitive answer on whether he could make a move to Arsenal.

“There are always rumours during the transfer windows,” Osimhen said, as reported by Metro Sport.
“I’ll focus on my job. I’m focused on my work. We’ll see and think about what comes next then.”

Osimhen’s response leaves the door open to further speculation, although he made it clear that his commitment to the reigning Super Lig champions remains his immediate priority.
The 27-year-old remains one of the most sought-after strikers across all of Europe and his performances in Turkey have continued to attract attention from clubs looking for a proven goalscorer.
However, there’s currently no indication from Osimhen that a move to the Emirates is under consideration. For now, the striker appears content to leave questions over his next move unanswered while concentrating on his responsibilities at RAMS Park.
