Galatasaray president Dursun Özbek has sent a strong message over Victor Osimhen’s future as interest in the Super Eagles striker grows, with Arsenal now among the clubs linked with a possible move before the transfer window closes, Footynaija.com reports.
Osimhen has become one of the most important players at Galatasaray since joining the club. His first season in Istanbul came on loan from Napoli, but his performances convinced the Turkish champions to make the move permanent in July 2025 for €75 million.
The Nigerian has continued to deliver since then. He has scored regularly for Galatasaray and helped the club compete for domestic honours, while his performances have kept his name high on the transfer list of clubs in Europe and Saudi Arabia.

That has led to fresh questions about his future this summer. Arsenal have been linked with Osimhen as they continue to look at attacking options, while Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal have also made a major move for the striker.
Galatasaray, however, do not appear ready to give up their star forward.
Galatasaray president makes Osimhen stance clear
Speaking to 343 Digital, Özbek insisted that Galatasaray have no plan to sell Osimhen, no matter how attractive an offer may be.
“I will not sell Osimhen no matter how much money it is,” the Galatasaray president said, according to the report by Pulse Sports.
The statement comes after reports that Galatasaray rejected a €130 million offer from Al-Hilal for the Nigerian striker. The size of that bid shows the level of interest in Osimhen, but Özbek’s comments suggest that money alone will not convince the club to part with him.
Arsenal’s interest has added to the story. The Gunners have been discussing players with Galatasaray, with Gabriel Martinelli and Super Eagles-eligible midfielder Ethan Nwaneri among the names linked to the Turkish club. Osimhen’s name has also entered those discussions.
