Pisa are set to complete the signing of Nigerian striker Rafiu Durosinmi after agreeing a deal worth up to €11m with Viktoria Plzeň, footynaija.com reports.
The Serie A side have reached an agreement of €9m plus €2m in performance-related add-ons, with the 23-year-old travelling to Italy on Monday and scheduled to undergo his medical on Tuesday. Pisa are expected to announce the signing within the next 24 hours.
Viktoria Plzeň confirmed the deal on Monday morning, citing a long-standing agreement with the player that allows him to move should a suitable offer arrive.
“We have had a long-standing agreement with the player,” a Viktoria statement read, “according to which, in the event of a compelling offer from abroad that satisfies both him and the club’s expectations, he will not be prevented from moving.”
The Czech club also confirmed Rafiu Durosinmi would not travel to their training camp in Spain due to ongoing negotiations.
“We now have such an offer on the table and we are intensively negotiating the player’s transfer to one of the elite European competitions,” said club chairman Adolf Šádek.

Durosinmi has been in impressive form this season, scoring 13 goals in 30 appearances across all competitions. His campaign included a goal in Viktoria’s 2-1 Europa League victory over Roma at the Stadio Olimpico in October.
Standing at 1.92m, the Lagos-born forward is known for his aerial presence and technical ability, often drawing comparisons with Nwankwo Kanu.
He will join fellow Nigerian Ebenezer Akinsanmiro at Pisa, with the midfielder currently on international duty with the Super Eagles at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
