Napoli have reportedly turned down a fourth offer from Galatasaray for Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen, despite the Turkish giants meeting the €75 million valuation attached to his release clause, footynaija.com reports.

Sources close to the negotiation say Galatasaray structured the deal to meet Napoli’s financial terms, including a proposal to pay €40 million this year, with the remaining €35 million split into two instalments of €17.5 million each, scheduled for May 2026 and May 2027.

However, Napoli are understood to be unsatisfied with the structure of the payments.

The Serie A champions are demanding an increase in the second tranche and are also seeking a sell-on clause, which would guarantee them a percentage of any future transfer involving the 26-year-old striker.

Galatasaray, who are keen to land Osimhen as their marquee summer signing, have reportedly refused to accept Napoli’s latest conditions, which they view as excessive and unreasonable.

Despite the impasse, Napoli continue to entertain interest from Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal, whose offer remains on the table. Al-Hilal are said to be willing to pay the full €75 million fee upfront to take Osimhen to the Saudi Pro League.

Yet the Super Eagles star is believed to have his heart set on joining Galatasaray. The Turkish champions are now weighing up whether to return with an improved fifth offer or walk away from negotiations entirely.

The transfer saga is expected to take another twist as both clubs hold firm in their respective positions.
