Torino are considering a move for AC Milan winger Samuel Chukwueze as part of a broader negotiation package involving midfielder Samuele Ricci, Footynaija.com reports.

The 26-year-old Nigerian international, who joined Milan from Villarreal last summer, has struggled to make a consistent impact at San Siro.

With eight goals and six assists in 69 appearances across all competitions, Chukwueze has fallen short of expectations and could be allowed to leave on loan to revitalise his form.

According to Radio Rossonera via Pianeta Milan, Milan are open to a temporary deal and view it as an opportunity for Chukwueze to rediscover the attacking spark that once made him one of Europe’s most exciting wide men.

Torino are particularly keen, but Chukwueze’s €4 million net annual salary — approximately ₦7 billion — presents a significant financial barrier. Milan, who value him at around €13 million, may need to subsidise his wages to facilitate the move.

Though his club form has been inconsistent, Chukwueze has found renewed purpose at international level under Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle.

The winger has featured in four of Nigeria’s last five matches, scoring once and providing an assist. His decisive strike in the Unity Cup final against Jamaica in May helped Nigeria secure their first piece of silverware in over a decade.

With his confidence growing on the international stage, Chukwueze will be hoping a potential switch to Torino — or elsewhere — offers the platform to reignite his club career.
