Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze has opened up on his preferred move for the upcoming summer’s transfer window as he enters the final weeks of his season-long loan spell at Fulham, Footynaija.com reports.
Chukwueze joined the Cottagers on loan from AC Milan last summer after being deemed surplus to requirements at the San Siro by Rossoneri manager Masimiliano Allegri and so far, he has enjoyed a decent spell in west London.
In 22 Premier League appearances, the Nigeria international has posted seven goal contributions (3G, 4A), a decent return for a player who has only made Marco Silva’s starting XI in ten of those outings.

With the season now coming to an end, there are question marks over whether Chukwueze will return to Milan at the conclusion of his loan spell or join Fulham on a permanent basis.
Speaking to reporters recently, the 27-year-old forward revealed his desire to remain at Craven Cottage beyond this summer after enjoying life in London this season.

”I’m really enjoying my football here & I feel very happy at Fulham. From the moment I arrived, I felt something good. The environment, the players, the staff—everything just felt right for me,” Chukwueze said, per Jack Kelly.
”If it were up to me, I would say I want to stay. I’ve already decided that I’d like to remain at Fulham. It’s what I want, but I can’t make it happen on my own. It’s up to the people at the head of the table.”
Fulham have the option of signing Chukwueze permanently for around €24 million but so far, it remains uncertain whether the Cottagers will trigger that particular clause by the end of the season.
