Fulham are reportedly in talks to sign Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare from Belgian side Genk as they look to strengthen their attacking options ahead of the new Premier League season, Footynaija.com reports.

The 24-year-old forward is coming off an impressive campaign, finishing as the top scorer in the Belgian Pro League with 21 goals in 40 appearances. He netted 23 times in all competitions and added six assists, underlining both his finishing instincts and creativity.

According to The Sun, Fulham have opened discussions with Arokodare, who is said to be keen on a move to England.

His recent performances for club and country have turned heads, particularly after scoring his first international goal in a friendly against Russia earlier this month.

Arokodare made his senior debut for Nigeria in March 2025 and already has four caps. He is considered one of the most promising emerging strikers in Europe and could become Fulham’s third Nigerian international, joining compatriots Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey at Craven Cottage.

Fulham are actively seeking to boost their goal output next season as they aim for a stronger league finish and a potential push for European qualification. The potential signing of Arokodare fits that ambition, with the club hopeful of securing the deal swiftly.

Genk, meanwhile, are reportedly resigned to losing the prolific striker this summer and have already begun scouting replacements.
