Jamaica have booked their place in the 2025 Unity Cup final—but the identity of their opponent will be decided today when Nigeria face off against fierce rivals Ghana in a high-stakes Jollof Derby at the Gtech Community Stadium in London, Footynaija.com reports.

The Reggae Boys sealed their spot with a dramatic 3-2 win over Trinidad & Tobago in a thrilling semi-final on Tuesday night. They surrendered a two-goal lead before snatching victory in stoppage time.

Hull City midfielder Kasey Palmer got Jamaica up and running in the 25th minute, calmly converting from the penalty spot.

Rumarn Burrell then doubled their lead eight minutes into the second half with a fine finish past 40-year-old Trinidad & Tobago goalkeeper Marvin Phillip.

But the Soca Warriors hit back almost immediately. Isaiah Leacock pulled one back within a minute, and former Columbus Crew playmaker Kevin Molino levelled with a brilliant strike to make it 2-2.

Just when extra time looked inevitable, Jamaica were awarded a second penalty deep into stoppage time—and defender Richard King made no mistake, firing home in the 94th minute to seal a place in Saturday’s final.

They now await the winner of today’s heavyweight clash between Nigeria and Ghana.

The Super Eagles will aim for a repeat performance after edging to a 2-1 victory over the Black Stars in a friendly last year.

The three-time African champions will miss the services of Ademola Lookman, Victor Osimhen and William Troost-Ekong but head coach Eric Chelle will count on the quality of Cyriel Dessers, Samuel Chukwueze, and Ahmed Musa against Ghana.

For the losing side, a third-place play-off against Trinidad & Tobago awaits.
