Slavia Prague coach Jindrich Trpisovsky has expressed his admiration for Nigerian youngsters Emmanuel Ayaosi and Mubarak Suleiman following their impressive performances in the club’s 5-0 victory over Jablonec, Footynaija.com reports.
The two Nigerians were instrumental in Slavia’s dominant display on Saturday, with Suleiman opening the scoring in the 41st minute before Ayaosi extended the advantage shortly after the restart.
Suleiman struck again in the 75th minute to complete his brace, while Danijel Sturm added another five minutes later to cap a commanding performance from the reigning Czech champions.
Speaking after the game, Trpisovsky praised the qualities of both Nigerians, highlighting their ability to make an impact despite their relatively young ages.
“They were great. Before the match, I told them that we had Nigerian wingers and that we would be dangerous. For their age, one is nineteen, the other is twenty-two, they are excellent. Ayaosi is great at manipulating the ball in a small space,” he told the club’s official website.
The Slavia coach also credited the team’s defensive organisation for creating the conditions that allowed the youngsters to flourish, stressing the importance of collective effort in their performance.
Trpisovsky further explained how tactical adjustments helped Mubarak Suleiman find more space in attacking areas while strengthening the team’s right flank.

“Our formation didn’t work out. We needed Mubarak more up top because of his runs, and we reinforced the right side with Vlčák. It worked out great for us,” he added.
The victory further underlined the growing influence of the Nigerian youngsters at Slavia Prague, with both players continuing to establish themselves as important attacking options.
Ayaosi has recorded five goals and three assists across all competitions this season, while Suleiman has contributed three goals and two assists.
Their latest performances will provide further encouragement as Slavia look to maintain their position at the top of the Czech 1. Liga standings while aiming for a third consecutive top flight crown.
