Samuel Chukwueze may be on the move again after Turkish club Trabzonspor reportedly stepped up their interest in the Super Eagles winger with a €15 million (around ₦23 billion) offer to AC Milan, Footynaija reports.
The Turkish side is preparing for a busy 2026/27 campaign and wants to strengthen its attack after bringing in several new players this summer. Chukwueze has emerged as one of the club’s main targets because of his speed, dribbling skills and ability to create chances from the right wing.
The Nigerian international joined AC Milan from Villarreal in 2023 after impressing in Spain, where he developed into one of La Liga’s most dangerous wide players. He still has two years left on his Milan contract, meaning the Italian club will decide whether to accept the latest approach.
Last season, Chukwueze spent time on loan at Fulham in England, scoring three league goals and providing four assists in 23 matches. His performances have kept him on the radar of clubs looking to strengthen their attacking options.
Trabzonspor are expected to compete in four competitions next season, including the Turkish Süper Lig, Turkish Cup, Turkish Super Cup and UEFA Europa League. The club already has several Nigerians in its squad, including Paul Onuachu, Anthony Nwakaeme and Chibuike Nwaiwu, while Rafiu Durosinmi has also been linked with a move.
No agreement has been reached between the two clubs, and AC Milan are yet to respond publicly. Talks are expected to continue as Trabzonspor push to complete another major signing before the new season begins.
