Andreas Pereira has playfully warned his Fulham teammate Alex Iwobi to be careful after the Nigerian posted a stylish photo on Instagram, Footynaija.com reports.

On Instagram, Iwobi shared an image of himself posing on and in front of a Mercedes G-Wagon, captioning it: “Gs Hold Shock By The Wagon.”

Pereira, clearly amused, responded in the comments: “Bro don’t fall off the G-Wagon we need u Sunday.”

Iwobi has been a standout performer for Fulham this season, already surpassing his previous best goal tally in a single campaign with seven strikes.

His versatility has been crucial for manager Marco Silva, who has deployed him across multiple positions, including both wings, central midfield, and even as a right wing-back.

Iwobi’s safety will also be of concern to national team head coach Eric Chelle as Nigeria prepare for two World Cup qualifiers this month.

The Fulham playmaker will be key as Chelle look to guide the Super Eagles to victories over Rwanda and Zimbabwe.

Nigeria will trade tackles with Rwanda’s Amavubi in Kigali on March 21st before locking horns with Zimbabwe’s Warriors in Uyo four days later.
